nextbetbd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services and products on the nextbetbd platform. By using the nextbetbd website or app, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

The terms used in these Terms are defined below:

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the nextbetbd platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may at any time request identity documents or other proof to verify your age. Providing false information about your age will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the name of the same individual or family member is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all accounts and may lead to forfeiture of bonuses.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. If any information changes, it must be updated immediately. nextbetbd will not be responsible for any loss arising from the provision of incorrect or misleading information.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Report any unauthorised access to your account to us immediately. nextbetbd will not be held liable for any loss resulting from you sharing your login credentials with others or from negligence on your part.

3.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the nextbetbd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Transaction instructions must be followed correctly at the time of deposit.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. The same method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal. nextbetbd reserves the right to request additional verification or delay withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

3.3 Transaction Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, nextbetbd may request a valid national identity card, passport or other documents for identity verification (KYC). Failure to cooperate with this process may result in the withdrawal being suspended or cancelled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

nextbetbd offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same user may not claim a bonus offer more than once.
• To receive a bonus, the account must hold valid information and identity verification must be completed.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• nextbetbd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

nextbetbd's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You may advance to a higher VIP tier based on your activity and betting history. The benefits and conditions of each tier may vary, and nextbetbd reserves the right to change them.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nextbetbd platform:

• Use of any bots, automated software or third-party tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting fraud against them.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities.

6.2 Fraud Detection

nextbetbd uses advanced technology to detect fraud and unfair play. Any suspicious activity found on an account will be investigated immediately and the account may be terminated if necessary.

nextbetbd may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Participating in prohibited activities (see section 6.1).
• A court order or directive from a government regulatory body.
• Exploiting system errors.

Before terminating an account, we will endeavour to give the user an opportunity to verify their information. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without notice. Users may also request closure of their own account at any time.

nextbetbd firmly believes in responsible gaming. We encourage our users to enjoy games in a safe and controlled manner.

• You can set deposit limits on your account.
• You have the option to temporarily pause your account for a set period of time if needed.

These Terms will be governed in accordance with applicable law. nextbetbd believes in fair play and transparent operations as a safe and reliable platform.
